Receiving the Orleans Parish Medical Society's annual award for outstanding medical reporting, on behalf of The Times Picayune Publishing Corp. is, right, George W. Healy Jr., executive editor of The Times Picayune and States-Item. Dr. J. Morgan Lyons, outgoing president of the society, presented the award at the group's annual installation banquet Thursday night. Also honored was Miss Podine Schoenberger, medical and science writer of The Times-Picayune for outstanding individual medical reporting.
