Thousands of "runaway Americans" - people who move aimlessly about the country in psychological flight- have experienced a greater rejection by society than even the poor and blacks, a nationally-known psychiatrist and professor said here today. Dr. Martin Goldberg, senior attending psychiatrist at the Institute of the Pennsylvania Hospital in Philadelphia, told a workshop meeting at the Roosevelt Hotel, "This flight group is on the margin of the margin of our society."
