1977 Press Photo Bank Week in Louisiana proclaimed by Governor Edwin Edwards

Governor Edwin Edwards signs an official statewide proclamation naming the week of March 6-12 Bank Week in Louisiana. The act recognizes the important economic and social contribution of the state's banking industry. Witnessing the signing at the Governor's Mansion are officials of the Louisiana Bankers Association (LBA) which is sponsoring the statewide observance. From left are LBA President Donald L.
