Description
An uptown landmark reputed to be over 100 years old is headed for destruction. The structure is a large, white residence at 3453 Magazine, between Delachaise and Aline. The Eucharistic Missionaries of St. Dominic, present owners of the house who have who have used it as their motherhouse since 1941, said today they will demolish the house and build on the site a modern brick and concrete replacement.
