A "Reagan for President" headquarters is being set up in Washington by an Indiana millionaire who says he's never seen Reagan except on television. Walter J. Dilbeck Jr., who as an Army private was cited for turning back a German charge singlehandedly, aims at turning the course of American politics with a national campaign to gather petitions supporting California Governor Ronald Reagan for the Republican presidential nomination.
