Jordan, newly-elected president of the Second Armored Division Association. Looking on is Lieutenant General Beverly Powell, commanding general of Fort Hood. Both Sargent Davis and James M. Burt (right), a World War II Medal of Honor winner, were presented to members of the association during its convention at the Roosevelt Hotel.
