Washington- Lights on the National Christmas Tree in Washington are aglow Wednesday evening during a lighting test. At left is the White House. The tree will officially be lighted Thursday by Vice President Spiro Agnew. Special lighting effect as achieved by the use of a filter placed in front of the camera lens.
