Orval Couch, manager Claiborne Electric Cooperative, Homer, Louisiana was LEC nominating committee's choice for Secretary treasurer of statewide association farmer owned electric co-ops. Must be confirmed by LEC membership meeting Friday at Jung Hotel. Mr. Couch is a native Texan and veteran rural power leader, having taken over the managership of the Louisiana co-op in 1954.
