Jack B. Cooper, Miami, Florida, businessman and investor, sits at the witness table before testifying at a Senate Rules Committee hearing into the affairs of Bobby Baker, former Senate aide. Cameramen were cleared from the room before Cooper was sworn. He then invoked his 5th Amendment protection against self-incrimination to the committee's questions.
