Trying to rent a home in New Orleans for herself and her family is Mrs. Charles Collier, holding baby Johnny, 3 months old. Around her are (from left) Mike, 3, Wanda, 4, Tammy, 2, and Richard, 1 1/2. They are staying at the Salvation Army Women's and Children's Lodge. Her husband, discharged three weeks ago from the Army and employed at a local dairy, is staying with a sister until a home is found.
