Simmons Jr. Other YMBC officers elected to the group's 95th administration are Milton L. Fletchinger, first vice president; Marcus C. LaBiche Jr., second vice-president; John R. Dearing, third vice-president. Charles J. Gendusa, secretary; Frank E. Stire, treasurer, and Paul H. Braun, George M. Howard and Lawrence L. Lagarde Jr., board members-at-large.
