Henry L. Stevens, National Commander of the American Legion, was welcomed on his recent arrival in Paris by General Gouraud, Military Governor of Paris, in his office in the Invalides. Left to right are Mrs. George Brandeis, Mrs. Stevens, General Gouraud, Commander Stevens, Sedley Peck, Mrs. Philippe B. Stapp, Thomas W. Bird, and Colonel Francis Drake.
