Description
The modern policeman must know how to preserve valuable evidence for later presentation in the courts of law. Student police officers are shown in the Kemper Course at the Northwestern University Traffic Institute, Evanston, Illinois, receiving instruction in moulage, a method of taking casts for identification of facial features, foot prints and tire marks. The instructor is George Smith, an associate of Leonardo, Keeler, former director of the Northwestern University Scientific Crime Detection Laboratory.
