Felix Garcia (left), a drug clerk, and Thad Ator, bookkeeper, are shown in federal court in San Antonio, Texas, the first to be arrested in the government's drive on the "Send a Dime" chain letter writers. It is alleged that several hundred letters bearing the same names were sent by them, and they face trial on mail fraud charges.
