At a storage plant is 500,000 pounds of dressed pork for needy families in Los Angeles to be distributed through district welfare offices, according to Superintendent of Charities Earl E. Jensen. The meat will be given out in addition to food allowances fixed by the county's budget for the needy. Shown are Bob Staples and Bill Colbeck packing the meat in a storage plant.
