Description
Hart is one of the defendants in a case being tried by the Federal Grand Jury. The charges are conspiracy to defraud the government by means of collusive operations between government officials and persons outside federal prohibition Director's office. The defendants were able to procure the issuance of large quantities of liquor more than the basic withdrawal permits called for.
