Gerald P. MacGurire Wall Street Broker named in the sensational charges made by General Smedly Butler Ex U.S Marine Chief in Connection with the formation of an American Dictatorship is shown with his lawyer in the bar association bldg. The amazing charges were alleged to have been made by General Butler when he appeared at the hearing by the Congressional Committee on UnAmerica Activities. Mac Guire vigorously denied the charges as ridiculous.
