Group of student strikers rallying around the statue Alma Mater on the steps of the Columbia Univ Library as they participate in the one day walk out from classes as a protest against the expulsion of their Colleague, Reed Harris student editor of the Columbia Spectator, undergraduate daily newspaper. The Student demand the reinstatement of by the latter and which brought about his expulsion namely the John Jay Student dining Room charges and the charges of the professionalism in student Athletics
