Description
Oscar Gloeckler, War Veteran, has a fighting chance to live after crashing 225-feet down the side of a Port Washington Cliff in his station wagon. Gloeckler, seriously injured, climbed to the top of the cliff and was picked up by a passing auto.

Photo is dated 1946.
