MAJOR ROBERT L HITE WHO PARTICIPATED IN THE "SHANGRI-LA" RAID ON TOKYO IN APRIL 1942 AND WAS ONE OF THE FEW RAIDERS TO SURVIVE CAPTURE BY THE JAPS HELPS HIS BRIDGE THE FORMER MRS PORTIA WALLACE KEATH OF ENID, OKLA, CUT THEIR WEDDING CAKE AFTER THEIR MARRIAGE IN QUEENS VILLAGE, NY TODAY. MAJOR HITE OF EARTH, TEX, WAS IMPRISONED MORE THAN THREE YEARS BY THE JAPS AND WEIGHED 95 POUNDS WHEN LIBERATED. HE NOW WEIGHS 175 POUNDS. THE COUPLE MET WILE HE WAS RECUPERATING AT ENID UPON HIS RETURN FROM JAPAN.
