A solid phalanx of bluecoats photographed in the Bronx County building, Sept 25, as they awaited the arrival of Col Charles A Lindbergh who testified before the Grand Jury's investigation into the case of Bruno R Hauptmann. Tow hundred and thirty two policeman were on guard in the building and on the streets outside holding back crowds which had been gathering since dawn.

Photo is dated 1934.
