Collette Francois of Paris sat in Supreme Court here today and watched the selection of a jury of 8 married, and 4 single men who will decide the merits of her suit for $100,000 from Arthur M Loew son of the late Marcus Loew theater magnate. She alleges that he is the father of her 4 year old daughter Catherine. Mr Loew was not in court today nor was the cchild who is the center of the bitter controversy
