New York- Charged with representing himself as an official of the U.S. Public Health Service with the Army Rank of Lieutenant Colonel, Seymour Mortimer Schultz, 29-year-old one-time traveling salesman, according to police has admitted financing a year of pleasure tours through promises of marriage and/or Nylon stockings to a number of middle-aged women. Assistant. U.S. Attorney Edward C. Wallace said that Schultz, who lives--between trips--with his mother at 1299 Ocean Ave., Brooklyn admitted that he obtained money from women in Memphis, Chicago, Detroit, Buffalo, Pittsburgh, Atlantic City, Boston and New York.
