One hundred and fifty represenatives of state, educational, church and racial organizations, who are backing a state bill to outlaw racial discrimination in education institutions, met at a luncheon sponsored y the State Committee Against Discrimination in Education at the Hotel New Yorker on Sept. 23rd.
