Massive German Military Parade Neurburg, West Germany: A vast column of West German armoured vehicles, which took part in a parade of Germany's armed forces held on June 6th to demonstrate that the Democratic Republic is ready to defend the place -- it is violated. More than 3,000soldiers and about 240 armoured vehicles paraded past the Chancellor Kurt Georg Kiesinger, Nato Secretary General Manlio Brosio, and others.
