George Duchey, 21 (left) and George Ketvirtis, 20 (right), shown above with Michigan Station Trooper John Carstensen (center) have confessed the robbing and torture slaying of Charles Hoy, 67 year old Chinese laundryman, last December. The youths claim that they took $64 from the aged man and left him bound after torturer him in effort to find more money. The man dying from effects of burning and strangulation from gag.
