Washington--Colonel Gerald Brower, U.S. military observer with the RAF in the middle east, who is reported by the U.S. minister in Cairo to have been killed on April 20th at El Obeid, 250 miles southwest of Khartoum in the Anglo-Egyptian Sudan.
