Fort McClellan Florida Alabama-Staff Sgt. Thomas Halsey of Westfield N.J. plays a Phonograph Record alongside the microphone of the Public Address System and Pronto Bugle calls are sounded that can be heard for two miles. The Public address System is also used for evening concert Delivery of messages.
