"Cabbie Caravan" Thaws Out Washington, D.C.--Members of the "Cab Caravan" from Chicago huddle around a stove in the Army Barracks at Camp Simms where they are staying. The caravan game to the nation's Capitol to protest a Chicago ordinance which limits the number of cabs there to 3,000. Left to right around the stove are Dominick Lufo, A. Schuman, John Gaddini, Al Krasinski, Joseph S. Peroneal Gudmundson and Morris Fink. All are former servicemen.
