U.S. Coast Guardsmen Fairport, O. station are evacuating Mrs. Mary Baxter, 98 year old invalid from her home near Willoughby, O. where the all night rain caused the Chagrin River to flood it's banks. Mrs. Baxter is pictured being evacuated to the Red Cross Emergency Center
