Undersecretary of War Robert P Patterson, congratulates Cadet Dimitri Kellogg who graduated at the top of his class today at the United State Military Academy. This was the 1st class to be graduated under the streamlined 3 year plan. Patterson told the class & others that the ceremony that the course may be cut even shorter depending on "how acute the emergency becomes".
