Description
Chicago police lieutenant James McMahon, left, aids Mr. Leo Rausch as he leaves coroner's room following identification of the body of his son, Leo, Jr., 8 years old. The boy, missing from home for 13 days, was found dead in the Chicago River on Mother's Day while his mother was at church praying for his safe return. Fifty police were on a full-time detail searching for the boy who eluded them in what proved to be a fatal game of hide-and-seek.
