Arriving from New York formally deported Monsignors Mannel Tato Auxiliary Bishop of Buenos Aires (left) and Ramon Novoa Provicar of the Buenos Aires Archdicoese greet cheering crowds gathered at Ezeiza Airport. Former President Juan Peron deported them to Rome last June, while the new Argentine government restored all privileges to the Roman Catholic Church that it lost during the Peron dictatorship.
