Joseph C. Glenn, telling Philadelphia Police Officer he found the body of his five year old daughter, Nancy, face down in the mud, about a mile from the Glenn home in a deserted lot in Philadelphia. The child had been missing for twelve hours, he believes that the child is a victim of a criminal assault. An autopsy was ordered.
