Description
L.F. Givens, the nation's champion wheat grower of 1945. Given's wheat grown on 17 acres of his 80-acre farm won the Philip W. Pillsbury trophy for the best 1945 crop year wheat in the nation. He raises Duroc hogs and Hereford on his farm in addition to wheat, hay and sugar beets. In the picture from left to right: Mrs. Sherman S.
