Seltzer 9right) was fined $500.00 posing as a lawyer, hammer had prepared divorce papers which Judge Silbert signed in an attempt to prove the court was overworked. In a statement court , Seltzer declared 'the facts stated in the charges, are accurate.However, your honor, it was at no time our intention to bring your court into disrepute.
