Through their spokesman, Senator John J. Dunnigan, the Democratic minority of the Hofstader Legislative Committee informed Chairman Sanuel H. Hofstader that it would oppose the extra legislative session which is expected to be called by Governor Roosevelt on August 26th to give the city-wide inquiry the power to grant immunity.
