Description
Four policemen, who shot and killed two Mexicans by mistake 7/16/70 while hunting a suspected murderer, were found innocent by a federal court 8/8/71. The officers holding a news conference are Jeffrey Fedrizzi, (left), Marshall Gaines, (center), and William Kinsella. The fourth officer, Hector Zepeda was not present. The jury deliberated three days before finding the officers innocent of charges they violated the civil rights of the two dead men.
