Description
After the skirmishes of last week, with each side asserting the other lost heavily, Paraguay and Bolivia stand ready to accept offers of mediation in their dispute. Geronimo Zubizaretta, Foreign Minister, in a note to Secretary Kellogg on December 17th, accepted in behalf of Paraguay, the offer of the Pan-American Arbitration and Conciliation Conference at Washington, to mediate the dispute.
