Saigon, South Vietnam-Major General Nguyen Khanh, right, South Vietnam's new military strongman, visits a Saigon hospital today with Major General Duong Van Minh who headed the junta that was overthrown by Khanh in a bloodless coup. Khanh persuaded Minh to stay on as an adviser at the urging of the United States for at least some continuity between regimes.
