Vietnam War - Rocks were hurled and windows smashed Tuesday at the United States embassy in Moscow by Asian, Russian and a few African students protesting American air raids on North Vietnam. The demonstrators were led by 250 Vietnamese, with about 300 Chinese students helping them out. Ambassador Foy D. Kohler went immediately to the Soviet foreign ministry to lodge a protest. In Washington, the state department called it an outrage. Protests.
