Where 75,000 guards will train---Camp Beauregard, Louisiana, is springing to life to received approximately 75,000 Northern National Guardsmen within the next two or three weeks. Troops are coming from the Dakotas, Wisconsin, Michigan, Minnesota and Illinois. Engineer troops of the regular army and other soldiers are moving in to prepare the great base camp around which will be clustered at least four other training camps.
