The House Commerce Investigations Subcommittee is expected to decide soon whether to seek a contempt of Congress citation against CBS president Frank Stanton for refusing to surrender film used in making the CBS-TV documentary, "The Selling of the Pentagon." Stanton told subcommittee 6/24 that he believed the footage was protected from subcommittee scrutiny by the First Amendment.
