A new trend may be surfacing in the soft drink market-drinks made with natural fruit juices, natural sparking water and lighter carbonation. The latest entry on Milwaukee store shelves is Soho Natural Sodas. Using fructose rather than cane sugar as a sweetener, Soho sodas are available in 10 flavors ranging from fruit punch, ginseng gingerale and natural orange (containing 17% orange juice) to root beer (made the old fashioned way with sarsaparilla), cream soda (made with pure vanilla) and lemon spritzer. The sodas contain no preservatives, artificial flavors or colors, and no sodium.
