Celebrating the third. People strolling along N. Broadway Friday during the third annual Best Block Party, held to showcase redevelopment in the Historic Third Ward area. Among the activities were an art exhibit, with displays scattered throughout the area, entertainment, historic exhibits and specialty food vendors. The event was organized by the Historic Third Ward Association.
