Vivian Jackson gets help in preparing taxes at the Capitol Court Shopping Center, 5500 W. Capitol Drive, from an IRS volunteer Saturday. Volunteers from the IRS and private tax-preparation firms gave free help in tax preparation and electronic filing during the one-day offer.
