1991 Press Photo Soviet Aeroflot AN-124 aircraft in Waukesha Wisconsin

Machinery produced by Spancrete Industries Inc. of Waukesha, is loaded aboard a Soviet Aeroflot AN-124 at Mitchell International Airport. The AN-124, one of the world's largest aircraft will carry the machinery to Armenia to build a concrete plant, as part if a $2 million relief effort by the Mormon Church. The concrete will be used to help replace the earthquake ravaged republic's shattered homes with sturdier buildings. Politicians here praised the effort at a ceremony Thursday.
