Four judges, all cousins, held a family reunion in Milwaukee County courthouse Wednesday and inspected a portrait of another judge, an uncle, former Civil Judge Francis Jennings. Shown are (from left): Circuit Judge Leander J. Foley, jr., Milwaukee; District Judge Paul Martineau, Corpus Christi, Tex. (seated); Circuit Judge James Martineau, Oconto; and County Judge David V. Jennings, Milwaukee. The meeting ended with lunch at the Wisconsin club.
