Erin Lee Morscher, a senior at Milwaukee's Pius XI High School, has been recommended as a candidate for a 1995 Presidential Scholarship by the National Foundation for Advancement in the Arts after submitting a portfolio of her photographs. Erin hopes to study photography at a school of the arts in Baltimore, San Francisco or Chicago. She already has received a $1,000 prize for her work through the foundation. President Clinton will award Presidential Scholarships to up to 141 high school students later this spring. Here are some of Erin's photographs. Top: Self Portrait," an animated series.
