Robert Quinn Chicago Fire Commissioner Robert J. Quinn (left) is shown congratulating Wisconsin Fire Investigator William R. Peck upon successful completion of the 9th annual fire seminar held in Chicago at the Ramada Inn. Mr. Peck is the son of Mrs. James Colburn, 1932 N. Warren Avenue, Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The seminar is presented by the National Association of Fire Investigators in Cooperation with the Chicago Fire Department. The purpose of the seminar is to train fire field personnel in determining cause and origin of fires and explosions. Mr. Peck is the first Wisconsin resident to be elected to the board of directors of the National Association of Fire Investigators. He has been active in the fire investigation field for the past 13 years, traveling throughout the Midwest on fire investigations.
